The coming of Jesus became necessary because humanity was no longer able to find its way out of the darkness on its own. Consequently, the Karma that each man carries with him and which has the appearance of a predestination is nothing more than the strict consequence of his past. In other words, Karma is nothing other than an inevitable consequence of our past.
